What is Bieber doing? Anyone know how to answer that?

He tweeted/instagrammed a pic of his bulge the other day for all of his fans to see.

I know he has plenty of older fans but what about the younger ones that follow him on instagram? Isn't this a little...risqué for those eyes?

I don't know. Maybe it's not that big of a deal.
