According to Perez Hilton, Justin Bieber proposed to Selena Gomez TWICE before they broke up!!

Apparently, he propsed to he a few months ago and she said no, ask in a few months. So he waited a few months, asked again and was REJECTED again!!

Now that they've split, one source is saying:"They have agreed to never, never, ever talk about the proposals! It would be far too damaging to his reputation if people found out that a smaller star turned down a bigger star."

I don't completely believe this, especially considering the source.
