Apparently Mark Staake and his nephew Tanner Ruane plotted to murder Justin Bieber by Castrating and strangling him! Luckly today they revealed that the plot had been foiled just in time!The attack was supposed to go down at the Madison Square Garden concert last month that raised money for Hurricane Sandy Relief efforts! 

Idiots!!! Now they have millions of fans plotting to kill them for sure! Please don't act on those impulse! I'm just sayin
